Frequently Asked Questions - Delivery, Payments, Orders

Q: Will you do all of my shopping for me?

A: We will provide all your grocery needs while you are on vacation or a local resident.  We supply all paper and cleaning products, condiments, drinks, snacks, cooking staples, etc.

Q: Will everything be at my Rental Home or local residence when I arrive?

A: Vacationers: Deliveries are made the day of arrival between the hours of 12:00 Noon and 7:00pm.  If you choose pre-arrival delivery, every effort will be made to complete the delivery by the time you check in. You must call the Rental Company prior to our stocking the vacation cottage and let them know we are going to perform this service. When placing your order you must provide us with the following information: Rental Company, Cottage Name and Property Number, the person's name the cottage is rented under, arrival date and time of check in, cottage address city and zip.                                                                                                                   Locals: Deliveries are between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. or by appointment.

Q: How much does Grocer Ease service cost?

A: There is a $50 Minimum on all orders.


Vacationers: Orders:     $50.00 - $100:         $30 delivery fee

$100.01 - $150.00:   25%

             $150.00 - $200.00:   23%

$200.01 - $400.00:   20%

Over $400:               15%


Local Delivery: A flat delivery fee of $25.00 plus grocery cost and tax, if applicable.  This assumes repeat visits and no food storage required by us.


Group orders: Discounted rates may apply.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and withdrawals from your Account Funds. You can determine which method you wish to use during the checkout process.

Q: What is the "Account Funds" feature?

A: Vacationers: This feature is for multiple groups or families that are vacationing together. An email can be sent from the  user that will order the groceries for the group. In this email there will be directions for each party instructing them on how to deposit funds into the Grocery Pool. Money is directed through us from each party's credit card into the user's account and the group has their grocery money situated before arriving on vacation.
A: Locals : This feature lets you deposit a budgeted amount of money into your account to withdraw against from your continual grocery purchases. Say if you only want to spend $500 a month on groceries, deposit that much in the beginning of the month and you'll be able to track how much you are spending throughout.
